Chocolate Truffle Bars
5. Congela por unas horas antes de disfrutar.

I swear that I don't crave any other chocolate bars after trying these. If you are looking for a super charged snack that is full of nutrients and also tastes like a commercial chocolate bar, this recipe is for you! No guilt, I promise.
Ingredients:
-
3/4 cup sunflower butter or any nut/seed butter of your preference.
-
5 pitted dates
-
3 tbsp water
-
1 tbsp raw honey
-
1/2 cup oat, coconut or gluten free flour
-
Chocolate chips or any good quality chocolate to melt
-
Coarse salt
-
Sunflower seeds (optional)
1. In a food processor, combine seed/nut butter, dates, water, honey and flour.
2. Process all of the ingredients until blended. (If you want to add an extra crunch to this recipe, add some sunflower seeds to the dough after its already blended.)
3. With a spoon, measure a portion of the dough and with your hands form a rectangle. The ones I made are about 1 inch long.
4. When your bars are formed and ready, melt the chocolate. Dip the bars into the melted chocolate and place them in a tray. Sprinkle some salt.
5. Freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
