Just a (long) thought on a Tuesdayt night...

This picture really depicts Happy Verde--beautiful, green, strong and yet delicate, even sometimes fragile. Happy Verde is not just any other juice company. It is a compilation of details, feelings and thoughts that have gone through every single product, flavor and ingredient. It is a mission based business trying to spread health but doing so in a celebratory way so as to infuse clients with uplifting feelings of happiness, as if it were their birthday party. But as many other businesses, Happy Verde has had Ups and Downs. At first, I thought people couldn't understand the product. People just didn't get it. And then I realized maybe I wasn't conveying the message correctly. I know, it is somewhat overwhelming as much as probably delightful to watch a juice rainbow in Foodie Paitilla or buy a juice that only lasts four days.
What is it about our juice?
Happy Verde, as an extension of myself, is always changing. Happy Verde is unique, it is a speciality product that is not intended to become massively spread. It is as decadent as a very old wine. It is a product of hard labor, made by hand by women who are fighting for their dreams and by an introverted master head who is partly crazy but embraces women who dream and juices that taste like heaven.
But really, what is it about our juice? Why is it special? Why is it categorized in a high price? Why its short shelf life?
Well, it is hard to answer all at once. But our juice is not just juice. It is an experience and a delicacy made and thought through in a extremely meticulous way. It is washed, disinfected, pulverized, pressed, strained, mixed, measured, packaged, labeled, and managed so carefully to guarantee it stays as fresh as we have promised our product to be. We look for the best ingredients, ingredients produced by laborers who fight for better living conditions. Happy Verde is not just the byproduct of hands, of heads, of numbers... of a cold fridge that keeps its juices safe. Each juice has been prepared scrupulously with you in mind. It takes hours... with so much output of raw products that you could make at least ten big salads out of them, and only a couple of juices..
But aside from its cost and labor, aside from all of that, when you drink it, you are intended to feel what it is that makes us special. So drink up... you'll understand.
